Recently, I heard someone say, "I used to not believe in chiropractic, but I do now." What really made me smile was the notion that chiropractic was something you could believe or disbelieve.



DIZZINESS-Whoa, Hang On
There are two primary types of dizziness, sometimes known as Vertigo. The are (1) inner ear and (2) circulatory. Both types may be produced by drugs, accidents or by merely whirling about rapidly like many of us did as children.


WHY AM I SO TIRED
After a full day of physical work it is natural that we are comfortably tired. After a full night's rest, we awake ready to face a new day with vim, vigor and vitality.

But what would cause us to feel like we are running out of gas at three or four o'clock in the afternoon. Or worse yet, wake up almost as tired as when we went to bed?



Alternative Goes Mainstream
Chiropractic, herbs, acupuncture and other so-called "alternative treatments" are clearly here to stay. And boomers aren't the only ones embracing them.

Their children--and their parents-are trying everything from aromatherapy to yoga to stay healthy or get well, according to a new survey by Harvard Medical School researchers. The survey found that 68 per cent of adults have used at least one kind of alternative or complementary therapy. Nearly half stuck with one treatment for as long as 20 years.
